RETURN, EXCHANGE & BUYBACK
Return:
• At Haisni, our foremost concern is your satisfaction as our valued customer. Should you wish to initiate a product return, you are eligible to do so within a 7-day period from the date of product receipt.
• The refund process is executed through direct online bank transters.
In the case of online purchases made via debit/credit card or net banking, the refund will be processed by reversing the transaction, and you can expect it to be completed within 21 days from the receipt of the returned product.
• We will make arrangements for your order to be collected from the provided address via our trusted delivery partner. The refund will be initiated only upon receiving the product in an unused condition, in its original packaging, complete with its original tags and invoice.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in a delay or denial of the refund.
• To commence the return process, customers are kindly requested to contact our dedicated customer support team at care@hadinidis-monds.com within 7 days from the date of product receipt.
• We advise customers not to return a product until they have received a confirmation email from us, acknowledging their return re-quest.
• For a smooth return process, it is imperative that the customer includes the invoice and any relevant guarantee card within the return package. We regret to inform you that returns will not be processed if the invoice and guarantee card are not provided.
• Kindly note that any return requests received after 7 days from the date of product receipt will not be entertained under any circum-stances.

Lifetime Exchange & Buyback:
We are pleased to offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy, subject to the evaluation by our Quality Assurance Department to ensure the product is free from any damage, wear, alteration, or re-sizing. The decision by the Quality Assurance Department is final and binding for any Life-Time Exchange or Buyback requests. For Lifetime Exchange or Buyback, we require the following:
• Original Product
• Original Invoice
• Product Certificate (If applicable)
• Valid Government ID Proof of the person making the Buyback/ Exchange Request
• Warranty Card
Packing and Shipping Guidelines:
In the case of shipping a product to us for Lifetime Exchange or Buy-back, please ensure it is securely packed and sealed to prevent any damage during transit. You can use bubble wrap, a small box, or a padded envelope for this purpose. Additionally, all products must be shipped using our designated Shipping Partners.
Lifetime Exchange:
• Under this, customers can exchange their jewelry for another item with a value equivalent to 100% of the selling price of the purchased item.
• The exchanged goods should be of the same value as the item being exchanged; no monetary refunds will be provided.
• Making charges will be excluded in the exchange and buyback policy.
• The original certificate, invoice provided by the retailer or the com-pany, and the Warranty Card must accompany the item.
• Lifetime Exchange is not applicable to products sold outside India.
• The new order will be shipped within 15 days after receiving the original product.
• If the exchanged item’s value exceeds the value of the old product, the customer must pay the difference.
Lifetime Buyback:
• Under this, customers can return their jewelry to us for a refund payment based on the following criteria:
• The company will determine the prevailing market value for Gold, Diamond, and gemstones.
• 100% of the prevailing market price of gold or any other metal used.
• 80% of the prevailing market price of the specific Carat of the lab-grown diamonds studded in the jewelry.
• Discounts applied during the original purchase will be deducted from the market value of the lab-grown diamonds.
• Making charges will be excluded in the exchange and buyback policy.
In case of a change in the exchange value where the exchange value exceeds the original product’s value, the customer will be responsible for covering the price difference.
Conversely, if the exchange value is lower than the original product’s value, adjustments will be made, and a credit note will be issued.
• The refund amount will exclude all applied taxes at the time of pur-chase.
• Buyback is not applicable to products sold outside India.
• Payments for buyback value will be made through RTGS or NEFT only, to the person/entity mentioned in the invoice issued by the retailer, carrying a valid government-issued photo ID and valid certificate of the good,
• Refunds under the Buyback will be processed within 21 business days after receiving the product at our registered office.
Request for Exchange or Buyback:
To initiate a request for the Lifetime Exchange or Buyback Policy, follow these steps:
